Reviews and Ratings
As a family of 4, upon arrival at 7pm, the room wasn't yet ready despite it being 4 hours after the designated check-in time, which was a bad start. However, the hotel took very good care of us once settled, with attentive and helpful staff, including the hotel manager, showcasing their WOW approach. The location is very good, near Rambla and the beach, away from the bustle next to the marina, although far from streets with shops. Dining was great with a fair variety of food to please all our taste buds. The facilities were top-notch with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious with a good view, although they could do with a bit of renovation. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to IVAN, and all the staff were considerate and extremely helpful. The location was a mix of noisy cruise traffic on weekends but amazing being right by the sea and close to Barcelona's famous street. The dining experience was fantastic, offering a huge choice including a dedicated gluten-free section. Overall, a comfortable and convenient choice for a stay in Barcelona.
The hotel is ideally located near the bustling Rambla street and offers a mix of convenience and relaxation. While the rooms offer stunning views of Barcelona and the ferry terminal, the lack of soundproofing might be a concern. The service staff, though swift and accommodating, could improve their communication. The dining experience is a culinary delight, exceeding expectations. The facilities are well-maintained with convenient amenities for a comfortable stay.
The hotel offers excellent views with large and very clean rooms. The location is great for access to the ship port and marina, but improvements in temperature comfort may enhance the stay. The dining choices are varied, with a lovely terrace, but the value for money could be a concern for breakfast. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for enhancement.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with a stunning balcony view over the World Trade Centre facing the city. The rooms were spacious and the balcony added a beautiful touch, but the service missed the mark with staff not being very friendly and taking our things without asking. The location was ideal, although a bit far away, and the dining experience was fabulous, offering plenty of choices despite the slight delay in closing time. The facilities were well managed, making my stay enjoyable overall.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was excellent with a nice sea view and easy access to downtown and Montjuic Mountain, but the noise levels were high, and the room had some issues like a lack of curtains and delayed readiness. The service had some drawbacks like being unfriendly and late but redeemed itself with quick and helpful organization of requests. The dining experience was a mix of impressive variety and high prices. Despite some shortcomings, the stay was enjoyable overall.
I had the best view I could have wished for and was happy for the best cruise. The room was clean and comfortable, although the WC was a bit tight, making it difficult to sleep even with earplugs.
Arriving at the hotel, despite a rocky start with a challenging AC issue after a late check-in, I was impressed by the amazing views from the room towards Montjuic and the Mediterranean Sea. The spacious room featured the most comfortable sofa bed I've ever experienced, making up for the initial hiccup.
The hotel suite was a great choice for me, with exceptional breakfast and kind staff during the morning service. The rooms were generally comfortable, spacious, and meticulously serviced daily, making me consider booking here again. However, I had a minor issue of hearing the TV loudly.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a nice interior, ensuring a comfortable stay even at 10 PM. While the view faces back towards the city instead of the sea, the overall experience is satisfying. Service could be slow to answer the phone, but the personnel's WOW-approach and prompt issue resolution enhance the stay. The location is a great escape from the hustle of La Rambla, providing a hot and humid yet convenient spot near the city center. The dining experience varies from paid below-average options to delicious buffet-style meals, catering to different tastes. The facilities are average but manageable for an accommodating stay.
The hotel's location is superb, close to many attractions like La Rambla street and the beach. The rooms are large, well-equipped, with a great size bathroom, but hot water can be an issue on the top floor. The service was extremely helpful and friendly, ideal for those wanting to explore Las Ramblas street on foot. The dining options are extensive and delicious, catering to various dietary needs. However, it's only suitable for short stays. Overall, a fantastic value for the prime location and amenities.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. On the positive side, the location was central with plenty of dining options, but the proximity to the cruises/ferries terminal made it noisy and crowded. The room I got was overpriced and dark, not ideal for getting ready, especially when natural light is lacking. The service was a bit hit or miss, with a promising start but some delays during busy times. The dining experience, however, was a highlight with a fantastic breakfast selection. Overall, a decent stay marred by a few drawbacks.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and modern, but mine had some maintenance issues. The service was friendly overall, but there were inconsistencies. The location was perfect for tourists like us, close to key attractions. The dining was acceptable, but there's room for improvement. The facilities were decent, but nothing exceptional.
The hotel offers comfortable twin bed rooms with a nice view, but lacking a tea table initially and some noise from adjacent rooms. Service ranges from unhelpful to deeply helpful, with multi-language concerns. The location is vibrant and bustling, yet secluded, near both nightlife and tourist sights. Dining varies from subpar to delicious. Overall, a mixed experience with highs and lows.
I found the hotel to be quite spacious, especially for Barcelona, which really impressed me and made me consider booking a suite next time. The rooms were more than what we expected, though a bit smaller, including the bathroom. The service was pleasant, with the staff going above and beyond to help and a lovely rooftop balcony with a gorgeous view. However, the location wasn't ideal for our plans in Barcelona due to noise from ships and distance from the metro. The dining experience was good with plenty of options, even though the hot breakfast was lacking. Overall, a mixed experience but worth considering.
